-Our hickory smoked pork shoulder butts are smoked for 14 hours in our J&R manufacturing 1600# per batch rotisserie wood smoker.

-We then hand pull the product removing all visible fat, quick chill it and send to the stores.

-This process ensures a quality product that will consistently be the finest around. We are sure you will agree!

No propane in our products, fresh cut hickory provides the unmatched flavor of true que!
